Finally, Klasroom uses Meta Pixel (Facebook) to optimize advertising campaigns.

Article 6 – Camera surveillance
Klasroom employs cameras surveillance inside and outside the venue solely for the protection of persons and property. No live monitoring takes place. Images are kept for a maximum of 28 days and are only viewed in case of good cause. Therefore, inspection takes place only in accordance with the AVG.

Klasroom shares personal data only:
with service providers under a processor agreement,

or with your explicit consent.

For students under the age of 16, we always ask permission from a parent or legal representative before processing personal data.

Klasroom takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from loss, unauthorized access, or unlawful processing.

Student and customer data: up to 2 years after termination of agreement
Camera images: up to 28 days
Administrative data: 7 years (legal deadline)
